Kurzbeschreibung: TWC-SD-2016 (The World Championship – Splashdiving 2016 – #TWC_SD_2016)
(1) Wir haben tatsächlich die Teilnahme an der „World Championship Splashdiving 2016“ (einigermaßen) unbeschadet überstanden #TWC_SD_2016!
(2) Die Organisatoren wollten „Sanctuary for Kids“ unterstützen und ermöglichten uns deshalb die offizielle Teilnahme als Athleten.
(3) Wir durften Information zu „Sanctuary for Kids“ verteilen und unsere Banner aufhängen. Uns „gehörte“ das 1-Meter-Brett.
(4) Wir waren als „Sanctuary for Kids“ Team angemeldet und wurden auch so geführt und enorm promotet. Danke hierfür an das gesamte Team von Splashdiving.com!
(5) Das ganze Team „bombte“ vom 3-Meter-Brett. Zwei von uns sprangen dann sogar die 5 & 10m als persönliche Mutprobe und zu Promozwecken, angekündigt vom Moderator!
(6) Am Sonntag gab es tatsächlich eine „Bronze-Medaille“: Beim Bauchflatscher-Wettkampf vom 1-Meter-Brett! Was für eine Gaudi; und richtig tolle Sprünge von insgesamt 14 Teilnehmern!

(8) Es war jede Menge Presse da, und der SWR drehte am Samstag (30.07.2016) einen Beitrag zur “Splashdiving Weltmeisterschaft 2016” #TWC_SD_2016. Und unser Team, unser Anliegen – und damit natürlich auch “Sanctuary For Kids” – wurden Teil der Story.
(9) Wir warten noch auf die unzähligen offiziellen und professionellen Fotos des Veranstalters, denn die Sprünge der Top-Athleten waren wirklich atemberaubend!
(10) Und JA, derzeit ist sitzen schmerzhaft, aber wen kümmert das schon? #AllForTheKids
(11) Hier kommt unser Grand Total! Danke an alle die uns unterstützt und an “Sanctuary for Kids” gespendet haben! Und natürlich an das gesamte Team von “Splashdiving.com”. Nächstes Jahr wären wir gerne wieder mit dabei, bei der #TWC_SD_2017

we are pretty certain, that you all know how damn crazy we are, but taking part in THIS???

Short description: TWC-SD-2016 (The World Championship – Splashdiving 2016 – TWC-SD-2016)
(1) YES! We all survived “The World Championship Splashdiving 2016” #TWC_SD_2016!
(2) We were given the chance to participate as official athletes, as the organizers wanted to support “Sanctuary for Kids”.
(3) We were allowed to hand out “Sanctuary for Kids” information and put up banners. The 1-meter-board was “ours” for the duration of the event.
(4) We signed up as “Team Sanctuary For Kids” and have been referred to and promoted as such. Thank you so much to everyone at Splashdiving.com for all of your support!
(5) The full team “poolbombed” from the 3-meter-board. And two of us even conquered their fears and did the 5 and 10 meter dive! Announced by the presenter and cheered on the audience! What a feeling!
(6) On Sunday, we even won a “Bronze-Medal” in the “Belly-Flop-Competition” from the 1-meter-board. What fun! And great splashes from all 14 competitors.

(8) A lot of press was present. AND The SWR Stuttgart did a coverage on the “Splashdiving World Championship 2016” #TWC_SD_2016 on Saturday, July 30th! And our team, our motivation and “Sanctuary for Kids” were a part of the story!
(9) We can’t wait for the official pics to become available; as the jumps of the top athletes were truly breathtaking! Just WOW! We will upload them to our website asap.
(10) As expected sitting is a rather painful task at present, but who cares! #AllForTheKids
(11) Here comes our Grand Total! ThankYou so much to our team, everyone who supported us by donating to “Sanctuary for Kids” and especially to everyone at “Splashdiving.com”. It would be awesome to team-up again for #TWC_SD_2017.
